LienFlash is an automated preliminary lien notice filing service for construction subcontractors, material suppliers, and contractors. The platform generates state-compliant preliminary notices, mechanics lien notices, and proof-of-service documentation, and dispatches them via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested.

## What LienFlash Does

LienFlash automates the most time-sensitive step in construction payment protection: sending a compliant preliminary notice (also called a Notice to Owner, 20-Day Preliminary Notice, or Notice of Right to Lien depending on state) within the legal deadline after first furnishing labor or materials.

Users enter project details, upload a contract or pay application for AI-assisted data extraction, verify owner and property information, and LienFlash generates a state-compliant notice and mails it via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt. A Certificate of Mailing is provided for every send.
